REQUIRED CONSULTANT FOR BIOPLASTIC FORMULATION FOR DIFFRENT APPLICATION

I am looking for a required consultant for bioplastic formulation for different applications. Specifically, I am looking to develop bioplastic formulations for packaging. The type of bioplastic I am interested in using for this application is starch-based. I would like the bioplastic to possess one key property in particular: biodegradability. With this property, I will be able to ensure that the bioplastic is environmentally friendly and can break down naturally, making it highly sustainable.
