Modify existing ATV Projects and Financial Projects, Must have Android Studio, Google Maps, Java, XML and Git experience

First let me say there are basically 3 classification of Apps, ATV Trail Creator, which is a stand alone App, that users can use to record Latitude and Longitude pairs that represent the users travels as they journey down a Hiking, Horse, or ATV/Jeep trail. They can Save it, and use it any way they want. The 2nd type are ATV Trail Systems that are made up of recorded Trails, Points of Interest, and in some cases Boundary files that show the extent of the property in the Trail System. The last type are Financial Apps, One, called Financial Statement is a stand alone, the other three are the same, except for the classification of expense, and are used to provide totals of expenses for various Internal Revenue Service expense classifications required by the IRS. The first two ATV Trail Creator, and the 14 ATV Trails Apps, are all in Android Studio, and the first creates GPX files for Trails, the 14 display the Trails. Thirteen of the 14 ATV apps are Branches of one of the 14. The basic difference between the 14 are the Resources - Trail, POI (Point of Interest), and Boundary GPX files. Each has it own store icon set and Splash Screens, App Name and App ID. I think all the Java files are the same, but the [login to view URL] and some others. I am NOT an Android Studo person, but I have interacted with it. The 4 Financial Apps were written in about 2014 and have not been ported to Android Studio. So I am not sure what Software was used to create these apps. The login Information for the Financial Apps, and the data the user inputs, are stored on a Server. I will furnish copies of the Developer Updates, with the bits that may apply to my Apps marked, not all bits do apply. Many tasks have to do with bits in the Developer Updates, other Tasks are fixes or modifications. I will furnish Screenshots of the App in the order a user would follow. I will furnish bits of Code, where I can, but never the complete code, except and until the contract has been awarded, so don’t ask. I will provide requested screenshots of Android Studio. I will answer questions until bidders are comfortable they understand the Tasks. There are two Milestones that will have 2 different completion dates. I am in a hurry to get milestone 1 done, but milestone 2 can have more time. Until I have a successful bidder, so I know the start date, I cannot provide an End date. Understand that these are Working Apps. From where I stand the ATV Apps were written in modular fashion, with each function in a different Java file. Some have been combined, it appears, by subsequent programmers I have hired over the years. Bidders MUST be experts in Android Studio, Java, XML, and Google Maps API. I am looking for bidders that can do ALL the required tasks, not just some of them. Been there, done that.
