I am looking for an app for managing our NGO Stray Animal Welfare Organization - SAWO.
App needs:
Option to report a case along with photo, location address and Google Maps location
Reporter contact details must be captured.
Option to book slots for Vaccination, Animal Birth Control Surgery, Other surgeries or medical checkup.
Posts for Adoption where people can browse through and then visit the center for adopting.
Ability to upload photos to help find out the population of strays in an area
Option for upcoming drives like Anti Rabies Drive, Vaccination Drive, Feeding drive etc.
Forms:
Adoption, Admission, Vaccination Cards, Success Stories etc
