Sign with biometric signature

Project aim to create user preferences form which user may change and sign on tablet or other mobile device. Main feature is biometric signature which shall mean that by touching touchscreen signature is generated as picture but as well some metada as speed, pressure, direction. Which is saved as encrypted data - [login to view URL] Next are forms which can be uploaded prefilled from server. User shall sign at dedicated spaces. User preferences are saved together with signatures. And pdf is generated which is possible to download. That shall be ongoing project but the core feature is that biometric feature. Different forms can be saved for use. They can be prefilled and uploaded to amend for user. Preferable to make it universal so to work on both platforms Android and iOS (Flutter, Xamarin, React native etc). But possible to make in only for android. EDIT1: Please take attention that from my perspective most crucial part of project is to register signature metadata - speed, direction, pressure when user signs. Both of them - image of signature and that metadata shall be saved. Theoretically that metadata makes that signature to be called biometrical. But I am not expert of these things. I am looking for someone who realistically could do that but that doesn't sound simple to me as at the moment of making signature system shall register that data. EDIT2 I would like to split it in two parts. 1. Component for signature data registration on android/ios. It's functionality to allow user to sign. And it will register signature data – signature image and 30-50 points of it with data(time, speed, pressure, direction). 2. Templates for user preferences and signature collecting and saving to the cloud. Signature component will be reused there. Templates shall be loaded to tablet (android). User shall make his choices (options, checkboxes) apend his data (names, dates), sign using that component and confirm. All data shall be sent to cloud (api). Can you elaborate in conjunction to this. You don’t care about api. For the start we will install an app to tablet and use postman or similar to test it. Can you elaborate how you see it in terms of time, implementation logic and budget.
