Some changes in script and Andriod app

Please note geo-tagging means if the person is in a city1 and any news from the city1 comes he can see that first and if the same person is at City2 he can see that first. 2./ According to the script, Users can post news in various ways like with youtube links, written posts, video posts, etc, now what I need here is to define them as media houses or as individual reporters, which means one more option in their profile and an option to upload relevant certificates. 3./ Need a point system for reporters as well as a media house on different actions like. a) Reward for posting content. b) Reward for Sharing others' posts on social media. c) Reward for referring other people to install this app. d) Reward for seeing Admob reward videos. These reward points can be used to rank their news or article higher in listing as sponsored items. or These reward points are like money on this platform. Users can purchase rewards too. 4./ Reward video view to see the current result of the question poll. 5./ Need own advertisement system and any content creator can book advertisements for their local area of any business and use their credits for this or simply by more credits. Advertisement structure : Image to fit on mobile screen with the link to the landing page. How advertisement appears? Advertisements will appear as soon as the user unlocks their phone. It can be developed using the alarm notification services of phones. Who can set these?
