Website and App Development

BACKGROUND: I have a facebook group where we track every year how many miles members run with the goal to achieve 1,000 miles by the end of each year. Members can run, walk, bike, swim and row. Each of those has a conversion to ran miles; for example, for every 5 miles of bicycling it counts for 1 mile running or walking. Members enter their mileage either by sharing their fitness activity from their favorite fitness gear, watch or mobile app such as: -Strava -Garmin -Nike+ Run Club -Runstastic -Map My Run -Adidas Running -Edmondo -Runkeeper In addition members can take a photo of the fitness machine they used to track their mileage like a treadmill or a rowing machine. Currently, I review all entries manually and add the mileage to a spreadsheet and keep the totals of all the members. I also track who has been streaking or running at least a single mile every day. At the end of each month I announce who are the leaders for both male and female. At the end of the year I announce all members that completed the 1,000 miles. In addition, I own a domain where I am building a companion Wordpress website where I would have related blogs, videos, announcements and it will be connected to the Facebook somehow. WHAT SERVICE AM I LOOKING FOR? - a mobile and/or web app for my facebook group and wordpress site WHAT THE APP NEEDS TO DO? - I want the app to automate the recollection of data from the members and add it up - ideally, it can pull data from the members' fitness app, like the mileage they ran and add it up - it needs to be able to convert cycling miles to running miles (5 bike to 1 run), also swimming (1 swim to 4 run) and rowing (1.25 row to 1 run). - it should give the members the ability to do manual entries by submitting a photo; however, those entries I should have the ability to review and approve - there should be an admin side so I can manage, approve entries, make edits - it should be able to share to facebook and to the WordPress site - members should be able to sign in to the app with their Facebook - it should keep track of leader boards and give me the ability to set it up. For example, if I want to make it by gender, by age, overall but also that I can do it by month and overall throughout the year. - it has to look nice and sharp I am open to recommendations and if you can do more then let me hear it. If you can do all these I can work with delivery time and price
