Checkboxes updating on page

I have a javascript that has a text box input and when you enter data into it and then click outside the field it automatically updates on the page. I have this working perfect and I want to add the ability to do the same with a checkbox. The way I have it working a customer enters the data in the form and then click a view button and it takes them to a printable form with the data already in the fields To see a working example of the form in the state I currently have it at the moment look at this site [Link Here][1] just add some data and click on view. Basically I want to also have check boxes and radio buttons on the same opening page and have it transfered over to the form as well The way it works on that sample is from a web design program called Antenna and it is just transfering data from the first layer to a 2nd layer which is hidden.
