Hi! I can install the certificate for you and test it. A certificate with a full chain isn't more difficult to install than a normal, it needs just more certificates in the .PEM file, so that's nothing to worry about. Hello I can help you to install the SSL certificate and root chain certificate in your Apache instance. I have extensive experience with Apache for more than a decade and have installed SSL certs many times before, including recently. If you would like to send through some additional information, including what version of Apache and Server (OS) you are running, as well, where the SSL was purchased from and do you already have the chain certificate details?
