Build me an App

***Please review revised PDF file attached*** I would like to have an app built to help me with measuring/surveying jobs. I work within the window and door sector and would like to make surveying easier for myself and many others out there. its quite simple as there are many of the same things when surveying. So im asking for a list to be ticked off/multiple selection or "selected" when measuring. along with a "Notes section" so we can input additional information. Please see a very rough idea of what i would need. i have drawn a diagram with certain words and numbers which would be part of the selection screen. some would need to be itemised within another section when choosing a certain size or colour of something else. this is something we can add and work on together once things move along. When it comes to the sizes input, i would require the final size and spec of the glass or hinge etc to have a price, i want to be able to input these prices on the system so it comes up automatic. and then an option to add a % Markup on the materials if another user is using it that might be buying materials from my company. I would also like to form a spec sheet to be sent to an email so it can be easily read. i can help you form the email template which will make it easier to allocate what size, colour and spec goes where. (on the email) The information on the PDF attached hasn't got all the other selections on there just yet. but i will add these once we move forward. I would like it designed so that we can revisit it and adjust it in future. as im sure we will find other ways to improve the app. I would like this available in Apple and Android and available on smart phone and tablet like an iPad I look forward to seeing what everyone has to offer.
