Arduino Simulations

I am looking for someone to do a simulation of an Ardunio microcontroller project for an automated watering and feeding system for a 4 plant set-up, that is also capable of automatically calibrating the pH of the water or nutrient mixture before distribution. The user should be able to preset the desired soil moisture level before triggering watering as well as the volume of water per plant. They should also be able to preset the desired pH level required of the water or nutrient mixture. They should lastly be able to preset the number of times each week or days that that feeding will happen together with the volume of water to be used and the volume of nutrients to be used. Watering would depend on the moisture level in the soil using sensors. When the soil moisture reaches a certain point, the system would trigger the watering process with a preset amount of water by using either a flow sensor on the holding tank or a water level sensor in the mixing tank. Water would be pumped and measured from the holding tank into the mixing tank. Here the pH would be calibrated, using sensors and drawing either pH Up or Down solutions from two tanks, mixing before testing and before distribution occurs. Feedings will be set at a chosen amount of times per week and the volume of water and volume of nutrients required. Water would be pumped and measured from the holding tank into the mixing tank. Next nutrients would be pumped and measured from 3 separate nutrient tanks into the mixing tank where it would be mixed and pH calibrated before distribution.
