60 global debate topics during 60 days.

Hi! I will now release a global debate website called: [login to view URL] On this site there will be one new debate topic posted every day. These topics should be such that people from all over the world can have their opinions. I now need someone to write 60 debate topics. One debate topic should have a header like "Is it good or bad with long prison sentences?" and then there should be around 2000 characters describing different aspects, background and questions to the debaters. The debates must also be neutral which means that they should't be angled in one way or the other. I need a writer who speaks and writes english fluent and who writes in a very good and interesting way.
