25 Quality Articles Needed. Some extras

Hi everyone. YOUR BID will NOT be evaluated if you don't read the HOLE DESCRIPTION. My max budget for this project 50-100$ I need 25 quality articles written. The niche will be "Air Conditioners". Some of the articles will be written using a template. The articles will need to be written in perfect English. If you are not able to provide us with that, please do not bid. They will need to be around 400 words. You will need to use Google Drive to deliver the articles. The articles should be written in Google Docs. There are some extra requirements in this project, which will make it take an extra 15-30 minutes extra for every article. You will need to: - Log into our server through remote desktop and use two tools. One for research, and one for checking your article - You will add the article to our CMS system(Wordpress) through Managewp.com. You will need to find a picture and add tags. Here are the outline of the extra tasks. Please read the .pdf file attached to see everything. - Connect to our server through RDP(almost all windows systems got this) - Use a tool on our server to find LSI keywords and make a report(tool does this)(5 minutes) - Write the Article - Check the article with a tool on our Server(takes less than 1 minute) - Add the content to our CMS.(4-5minutes) - Update a spreadsheet with data(1 minutes) Payment will be done in milestones after 20 and 40 delivered articles.
