AJAX, MySpace like, YOUTube like, E-Commerce website

I'm looking for a programmer who loves what they do and displays it in their work. This programmer must be up for the challenge of working with a network savy person with ideas that needs to be translated into a fast, efficient, user friendly site that can be modified by someone other than the author, such as me. Please only reply if you are passionate at what you do and you can dedicate yourself 100%. To start with i would like to create a MySpace Like online community where people can sign-up. Once they sign-up, a profile is created and they can modify their page with features available. YOUTube like, because I would like video to be available to users for viewing using flash format. I would like users to upload video to the site and after further processing, the video to be posted on their profile page. E-Commerce, Users will be able to pay for online service offerings and have all of their payment information saved with their profile. I would like to use the AJAX technology to submit request from pages to provide fast response. ASP.NET for cross-platform compatibility reasons. MS SQL because I'm more familar with it and would like to keep with the windows platform. Please no soliciting of other services unless requested. No fake template from other authors. I've probably left out some other things but would definitely be willing to discuss it more. Show me what ya got!!! J
