Create a web site for online publishing, please refer to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The web site will have a client (window desktop) that enable users to create image files by using flash, the client application has to be the similar or better, specifically, it allows users to use simple drag and drop to create a flv book that they can also add text onto it, the client should be ableto view all flash format files/books. the basic look and feel needs to be similiar to [login to view URL], however, it should allow user to be able to read books on the web page without downloading to the client. User will be able to submit their article or book, or they can collaborate and publish a book/magazine and/or other categories of book together as a project. The web site need to be able to embeded the website logo on each page of the submitted books. A ranking system is needed which counted by user votes, the ranking system can be calculated by daily/weekly/monthly and annually, the ranking system is similar to [login to view URL] dynamic star ranking.
