simple asp / .net work

hello, we have a very simple access db that runs on a website. we want to do the following: [login to view URL] the newsletter list in admin, Deleting the subscribers (if we can just have them sorted alphabetacaly by email address 2. we have various pages which are dymanic (admin loads furniture images and description).. we want to add this ability to 2 more pages. 2.1. have the header of the site just draw pictures that are already in the db and change them at the top of the page so people see and can click to go to the page of that product. once we finish this simple project. we have a more complicated .net project with ms sql db please do not bid high amounts as they will not be considered.
