visual studio 2005 debugger our custom project is not working

In need of a Visual Studio 2005 guru to take a look at a very large project we are working on and solve why the debugger does not break AFTER this large project is loaded. I.e., the debug points break on the page load for the [login to view URL] page, and the page renders. But, it stops working for all subsequent break points including the XSL breakpoints we have set. This is a new problem. We have not had this problem until recently which makes me think we need to delete or clear or recompile/refresh something. Reason the title says "custom project" is that we have tried this on sample projects and it works; i.e., it is not a windows or visual studio problem--it is associated with our project. Considering that this is probably a simple fix for a guru, probably won't go over $40 bucks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
