I need to be able to leave a pre-recorded Voicemail message for a clients Voicemail Box. The agent will click leave a voicemail and it will leave a pre-recorded Vmail for my cleint's Vmail box. When the Agent presses the button, the server where the php script is running will contact asterisk and find out the calls the CSR is in. It will then find out the corresponding external trunk (Where the customer is) and then tell asterisk to play prerecorded message on that trunk and disconnect the CSR.
