Video and sound editing

We have 10 videos in mp4 format that need editing. This means we need the video edited to take out pauses, "um's" etc. These are live in-person videos. Additionally, we want two slides placed at the front of the video, along with background music, as well as one slide and music placed at the end of the video. The first two slides need to seamlessly fade into each other. The transition from the slides to the videos and back again also need to fade into each other. Currently the sound, which is in H.264, AAC codecs, sounds a little scratchy so clean up the audio is also required. While the sound is 2 channel audio it is not balanced so sound should come out of both speakers equally. The final requirement is that videos be as small in size as possible for easy downloading. The current dimension is 1280 x 720 and the final dimension needed is 640 x 360. One of the videos were are replacing can be seen at [login to view URL] Others are on this same channel in Youtube. In addition we have around 60 more videos that will need editing in the same fashion for please include a per video price that will cover all 70 videos assuming they are approximately the same length. Or reasons why there would be a different price.
