Do some 3D Modelling - repost 4

I am needing a regular contact on an ongoing basis who I will be able to send through hand-drawn or AutoCAD 2013 (DWG) dimensioned floor-plans of kitchen & bathroom areas, you will then draw up the 2D elevations with dimensions & appliance specifications. You will send back to me as a DWG file, I will provide the template & initial example of the format I work in. I understand design is subjective and hope the work will be at lest 90% accurate, so I need someone with strong English and a willingness to work with me on multiple revisions in varying, sometimes short time frames. The work may not be regular with some months very busy and others very quiet. These drawings are not as technical as residential building plans so I will not consider full architectural rates and I prefer fixed price per job but will consider capped hourly rates on drawing revisions.
