Hey I'm actually about to finish a clone of IDEX for someone so I have all code ready - it would just be a question of redesigning the UI to be more appealing. I have also created a dividend token which allocates 100% of trading fees to holders of the coin (similar to COSS and Aurora coins). This would give you an edge as most exchanges that share revenue either give a small amount (Binance), are slow and unfinnished (COSS) or make it very difficult to actually earn dividends (CONI).
