(Ground Plus 3 floors on a 250 sq Metre Plot) What all to be done: - Making Structure which makes good use of space. (Make the best use of every space, like in container homes!) - Interior and how the guest will stay. Must-Have in Structure: - Basement with Pool Table, table tennis, Projector Area, big kitchen for hotel and sitting area for having food. - Rainwater harvesting - Solar Panels on roof - Library - silent area for studying on the roof, overlooking a beautiful area - outside this area a garden, thick garden.
