Create a Design Architecture design of a commercial building

Hello ,I am an IT Security Specialist working in the DC metro area I like fashion and I like clean, contemporary and modern designs I am looking to design a commercial building which will include amongst other things: The structural Plan The 3-D Rendering and Architectural drawings needed to construct a 3 level commercial outdoor mall .Remember, I am not an architect so I want all the drawings that is needed for the construction team to begin construction from start to finish. [login to view URL] Floor will be an indoor event center with a little outdoor sitting area. It will be good to include a utility room and a rest rooms on each floor. The plot size is Triangular in shape and is 166*90 meters in size.(See attached Plot #4).
