Hi, this is a very short work where I need some help from you! The Free Cash Flow to the Firm (FCFF) is made up by the FCFO (Free Cash Flow From Operation) and the tax shield. The FCFO is used in order to pay out the Free Cash Flow to Debt and Free Cash Flow to Equity (As the scheme in the attachments). The goals are: 1) Take the last financial report of Facebook and prepare the above scheme using the data you will find. You have the calculation formulas so it will be very easy to follow! 2) Comment the data you have find in 2-3 pages as a “letter for the investors” using the results of the claculations. Why should they invest in your company? The comment should be based on the cashflows. Good writing and financial analysis scheme are welcomed!
