You can see iNOSSO in action by taking a look at the Adobe Reader 9.2 free download. While the Adobe Reader 9.2 setup is already compressed and using a ZIP or RAR tool on it has no effect, iNOSSO compresses this product further, and extracts the files very quickly on the target system. Therefore, provide us with the source codes of an algorithm that has equal, if not more compression strength on already existing compressed files. Your algorithm is allowed to take a very long time to execute, but it should have very quick extraction times, comparable to archives like ZIP or RAR.
