DirectShow - 2 videostreams

Hello, this is my first project here on GAF. I have uploaded a file (and 1 mpeg-file) that pretty much do want I want. The file is a HTML-file with a "time2"-behavior added to the elements. Whats missing is to handle a second video and "fade" that over the already running video. So HTML-file could handle 2 videostreams. It works well already but when I want to load some HD(high defenition)-video it's not good enough. The videostreams can't fade-in/fade-out smoothly so I figured that it has to be done with an ActiveX that handles the videostreams instead. Can anyone help me with making an ActiveX, developed in C/C++ and/or do this with Visual Basic, for best performance. "The video I uploaded IS NOT HD-Video"
