I am core developer of C/C++, working in this since last 4.5 years and has also worked as Team Leader in a private limited.. now, working for my own company.. will definitely be able to do the project as I have worked on motion JPEGs and know the internals of the systems.. I will be using C++ as the programming language as it would be the best (along with multi-threaded environment, with event synchronization) that best suits the project..
