Forensic Loan Audit Software Needed

I need a software program that can audit loan/mortgage documents for mistakes, fraud , predatory lending, etc. Basically it needs to identify if a borrower is a victim of predatory lending. It needs to identify when when federal and state laws pertaining to lending to consumers has been violated, such as the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Real Estate Settlement & Procedures Act (RESPA), etc. It needs also to give a complete report with all violations and findings. To summarize I need a Forensic Loan Document Review/Audit software program. Please let me know if you experience developing similar software.
