MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game) Creation

I'm looking for a team of developers to work on a Massive Multiplayer Online RPG (MMORPG). An MMORPG is a video game in which hundreds or thousands of players can connect to a server and play within the same game together. The players can do quests and missions together, battle enemies together, or even battle one another.

The client must be written and comiled to run on Unix, Mac, and Windows. The server must be written and compiled to run on a Unix machine. Gameplay must be similar to that of Final Fantasy 6 (Super Nintendo, Offline) and ideally an MMORPG that uses the directional keys for controls. I'll be more specific with these details later, as I'd like to get some bids first. I already have a team together for character/map/field design, I have a music and sound effect developer, and a server. The storyline is partially written.

Players will have two options while creating an account. Trial account, and pay-to-play. Trial accounts will be unable to keep any data after logging out, but can update their account at any time to a pay-to-play account. I'm looking for a dedicated, long-term team that will continue to create updates and upgrades to the game as long as it's running. The team will get a set percentage of the profits, rather than a single payment. The income willl depend on the success of the development team.

Please include the % of profits that your team will be taking, rather than an up-front fee. Payments will initiate once the game goes public, and players arrive.
