SELinux add new entry in security context and simple automation for a specific directory using C/C++

I need someone who has experience with SELinux to do a task for me. I need to change security context structure of SELinux when you do "ls -z" you see label as unconfined_u:object_r:user_home_t:s0 I want to add a new type in here and add the file name in in it. e.g unconfined_u:object_r:user_home_t:FileName:s0 You can look into the picture to see the security context of "[login to view URL]" and see how it's done and what I mean. It's a simple SELinux policy and takes no time for someone who knows what to do and how to do it. The thing i want more crucially, is to automate this process using C/C++. Again if you know c/c++ it's just a task that involves a bit file handling and it would be done. I want to discuss with the successful programmer to be sure he understands what I mean. And please no exaggerated bids.. Read this description first before placing your bid. P.S: I run Fedora 18 on my laptop and I want to start right away with a competent person.
