Building a project using Arduino Uno WiFi Rev2

Hii there, I have over over two years of experience with arduino and IoT programming. questions: 1. You want to enter the SSID and password using Serial monitor, right? 2. You have the APIs ready for the webpages? 3. Webpage service will be local or cloud? 4. What will be the interval of the data to be sent. i mean is there a specific frequency of sending the analog values?

I have already worked same project by using Arduino MEGA. But I can do the same project by using Arduino UNO also. To work such project we need one Arduino UNO and ESP8266 wifi module.
