Upgrading a MFC graph module dll to a modern look, MSVS C++ -- 2

I have a working graph plotting module (mostly line, point, scatter plots) that I use in various applications that I develop for personal use. It consists of several cpp files and outputs the x64 lib and dll. It is written in MFC C++ and is about 15 years old. It works very well and there is not much work in changing code or fixing errors. There are two things I'd like to do: (1) Make the graph window modern along with the various property pages, etc. so it looks like it was developed recently. Something such as BCGPro library provides. (2a) The graph plots log plots erroneously and this needs to be fixed. (2b) I am attaching an image of the graph window with some property page opened. This requires a person with very good MFC C++ skills as well as ability to give the module a modern and fresh look. I will provide the graph project (MSVC++ 2017) that has a dialog app as well to test. More data can be provided as the project moves along. Like BCGPro or similar, must be seamless with Windows 10, 11 etc. Thanks
