Salesforce Chatter Post from Windows App

This project requires developing a Windows App that uploads file attachments to Salesforce's Chatter. The requirements are as follows: 1) When the program is run, it should locate a file called "c:\shipw\[login to view URL]". From this file, it should pull out a parameter called SFID. A sample file is attached. 2) The program should use this SFID value (API field: "sfid__c") to locate the corresponding Account in SF. (The program can be delivered using Account ID/# as the parameter for ease of testing, but an explanation should be provided for all of the places it needs to be changed to accommodate using a custom API field "sfid__c") 3) It should store hard-coded SF login credentials. (There should be instructions as to where to enter them so it doesn't need to be delivered with valid credentials) 4) When run, the user should be prompted to select a File (using a Windows file browser) 5) Then, the user will be prompted for "Comments" 6) When the user hits "Submit", the comments and the file will be uploaded to Chatter. 7) There should be an identifiable location where error handling (logging) can be added, but no actual error handling beyond capturing the existence of an error is needed. (e.g., ID not found.) (Written in C# .NET)
