Add file-sharing feature to existing website asp.net

Add file-sharing features to existing website made in [login to view URL] website is actually deployed on [login to view URL], I need two pages so made: 1) User interface The user shall be able to load in a dedicated folder files up to 50 Mb, format zip or rar only. The upload shall be async type to avoid to freeze the page. When uploading is completed an encrypted link will be made available to the user together with a random password to be used for the download of the file by the client. The user can select for how long the file will be available before automatic delete ( 1H/ 12H/ 48H), after the time expire the file will be automatically deleted regardless of the client execution of the download. 2) Customer interface The customer will past the link supplied to him by the user into his browser and will be brought to a non password protected page of the website. The customer will be then prompted to insert the password he has received and if successful the file will be saved on the client side. SQL connections shall be made using parameters and all necessary steps to avoid sql-injection. At download completed the customer will be prompted to delete the file or to leave it in place, in which case the remaining time to make a new download before automatic deletion will be displayed. The use of existing file-sharing services by API is allowed but shall be approved/discussed prior implementation. Deliverables: Source code. Settings for [login to view URL] if necessary. Instructions for the permission of the folder and verification with [login to view URL] about additional necessary settings that may be necessary to make the feature working. Formatting/style of the pages is not requested (I will make it).
