Convert Sketch design to C#/.NET frontend

I have a frontend design made on Sketch app. The design is of a basic POS system which has 5 main sections: 1) Main POS page: Which includes the option to add discount, split payment, put purchase on hold, add customer to order, check out, refund purchase, etc... 2) Purchases page: View/Search purchase history details 3) Customers page: View/Search for customers 4) Pay-in/Pay out page: When cashier receives money or pays out of register money. 5) Settings page: Which has General, Shifts, and Hardware sections I am looking for a frontend developer that pays attention to ALL the smallest details to turn the design into a functional pixel perfect template without any backend needed (no database). There are page transitions and animations which need to be executed perfectly and smoothly. You NEED to have Sketch software to be able to open and view the page designs and explanation file to be able to convert it to the frontend template. The template will need to be completely functional for proper testing. The design is done within a certain size ratio, but when developed, it will need to be responsive to adapt to different screen sizes. I will provide you with the Sketch file and the explanation file which explains each individual page designed. It is preferable to use C# and/or .NET framework to develop it because it will be a windows application. But you can also use React, Vue.js, etc... as long as you will be able to convert it to function as a windows app. So keep in mind that the final project will be a Windows based app, so keep that in mind to ensure easy conversion later on in the future. If you are detail oriented and take pride in delivering quality product and take care of font style and font sizes, smooth page transitions and animations, and other minor details to make the design stand out.
