Project lead for ASP.NET Core website development —for launch of a software product

I need a project lead for a ASP.NET Blazor (with Microservices) website (with SQL Server database) to be created for launch of my software product(a desktop software built using C#). There should be WebAPIs, Payment Pricing model, gateway integration and product subscription management, user panel, admin panel etc. You will be kind of a project lead. There will be two more developers assisting you in the project. You should be a full stack C# ASP.NET developer and should have prior experience of creating commercial websites. You should have experience on 1. C# ASP.NET Core+Blazor, Dapper, REST architecture, Web API, SQL Server 2. Azure devops AGILE project management 3. Microservices architecture. Repository, Unit of Work pattern Singleton, and other Enterprise application patterns 4. Frontend designing with HTML5, CSS, Maxims, Bootstrap, SAAS, LESS. React and Angular experience would be a plus 5. Payment gateway integration such as Stripe, Paypal. 6. Should be able to suggest templates for pages such as Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy etc. 7. AWZ, Azure, IIS deployment experience Website will have following components: 1) User register/login 2) Product purchase page, with subscription options like Monthly/Yearly. Stripe/Paypal payment gateway integration required. License key(s) will be generated as per the subscription. 3) License Generation - Post payment a fluent-scheduler will run and check the confirmation of payment from Paypal/Stripe(through API) using the TransactionID. If the payment is successful then the license will be generated within the FLUENT scheduler and a mail will be sent to the customer. (COMPLETE) 4) There should be a product subscription management page(post purchase) 5) Customer search page 6) Customer Contact/Query Page 7) A small third party chatbot 8) Other pages like "About us", "FAQ", Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy... 9) Web API: i) An Web API which I will call from my software when user registers the software through license key. The API will send information to the server such as Motherboard ID, HDD serial number etc. After that a certificate will be generated in the customer machine using public key and private key algorithm. That certificate will be stored in the Client machine and will be validated with the License Key, Hardware information and system date every time the software starts. Occasionally it will also validate the license from the server, where the server Date will be used. ii) An Web API which will check if the product is registered or not. 10) I need a windows MSI installer for my software 11) I want the Membership model to be managed the POCO way, instead of inbuilt membership model of ASP.NET Identity 12) I want plain [login to view URL] plus EF connectivity layer with the database. Knowledge of Dapper is a plus. 13) I want Public-Key-Private Key RSA certificate to bind the registered software with the installed system 14) Master pages for the Admin user to create all the master table entries like country, state, product, payment method etc 15) The website should have features such Google NoCaptcha, currency convertor APIs for Payment page etc. Billing and email templates should be integrated by the developer and he should be able to suggest us the appropriate templates. 16) Globalization and internalization should be taken care of. 17) Experience of Azure dev ops and Git is a must 18) Project deployment experience in IIS/Azure/AWS is a must 19) Project must follow Agile methodology 20) Developer should have experience of Repository Design pattern and other Enterprise architecture design pattern. There should also be a Unit Test project.
