I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to provide support and development for a COBOL based payroll application for me on the SPARC Solaris platform. This payroll application is used by a UK emergency service and pays approximately 1000 staff on a weekly/monthly pay run. When applying for this project, please include your experience in the same or similar projects, as well as any detailed project proposals.
