Create test questions and theory articles (Traffic rules field)

Looking for experienced writer (US English) to create content on obtaining driver’s license in California. The nature of project is content creation for the app that will educate persons who will pass driver’s license test to get necessary knowledge to pass such test (it’s called knowledge test) in California. There is California Driver’s Handbook (short version of California Vehicle Code) which includes almost all traffic regulations. It shall be summarized and written in education style (rewrite original content, no copy-paste). (your chapters/divisions may differ from the original. Main goal to create such structure that will be easy and not boring to follow) 2) Create learning plan based in your chapters/divisions 3) Create some short theoretical article with explanation of rules. Please avoid long articles. In case of that – divide division into small parts. 4) Create tests for each chapters/divisions based on provided theory. You should also provide theoretical hints for each test. Format of the test question: question, three options (one correct), hint which explains question(and contains correct theoretical answer) As I previously said - the main purpose of such rewriting is to create platform to teach people traffic rules of California and prepare them for governmental test.
