10 Business Articles *Add'l Work Possible*

I need someone to write 10 articles on business-related topics. These articles must *read naturally and be search engine friendly.* They will be used as part of search engine optimization project. This should be an easy project for someone who is familiar with search engine optimization and has written quality articles and web content in the past. This project may lead to additional work since we are launching weekly article and press release campaigns for 3 of our products. We hope to identify writers for our weekly campaigns based on this SEO project. This will be a fun project and I look forward to working with you on it. -Holly ## Deliverables 1) 10 business articles. 2) All articles should be 400 to 600 words long. Also, we expect all articles to be free of spelling and grammatical errors. 3) The theme of each article will be a keyword. I will supply the list of 10 keywords on bid acceptance. I'll also supply the target audience and the product that these articles/keywords support. You decide the slant, the title, sub-heads and content. 4) Your style of writing should be equivalent to what you would find in a professional American business publication. 5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1) Format for all articles should be plain text (no MS Word). There should only be line breaks between paragraphs, headlines and sub-heads. This helps us to build our web pages properly from your content. 2) When submitting your files, the filename for each article should have the keyword in it with dashes replacing spaces. For example, if the keyword is "planning software", then the filename should be "[login to view URL]". 3) If your work doesn't meet our quality standards, we will tell you how it can be improved and ask you to revise the article. 4) The title of the article should contain the keyword. 5) You should have at least one subhead in your article that contains the keyword. TIME FRAME Upon project acceptance, you should complete the project in 1 week. LEGAL TERMS This project must be 100% original work. No copy and paste from previous work, other websites and published sources. You warrant that you own all copyrights and other rights to your work. You agree to assign all copyrights and other rights on this work to the buyer on completion of and payment for the project. You agree that you cannot resell, redistribute or reuse the article content that you write for this project. You agree the buyer has the right to register the copyright in buyer’s own name and shall have exclusive right to dispose of the copyright in any way the buyer sees fit. You keep no rights.
