Need BMR writer. Possible long term.

Hi, I need a BMR writer for around 500 150-word articles: Project details: 1. Articles should be at least 151 words each. 2. Keyword will be given and should be mentioned in title and at least once in the article. 3. At least 80 articles each week are required with no exception. Any articles in excess of the 80 required for that week will be paid $0.05 higher($0.30 total) 4. The rate is $0.25 per 150 word article. The rate is low but it is for bulk(500) jobs. 5. $20 milestones will be set-up for every 80 articles. 6. This job is for a total of $125. 7. This job is also a sort of trial as the winner will get my next project, article rewriting at $1-$1.25 per article, if he/she accepts. 8. All articles will be sent to me as an attachment(.docx, .doc, .txt only) via freelancer. 9. As much as possible, update me daily. I am online >14 hours everyday. I expect articles to come every 24-48 hours. The 80 should not come all at once. 10. The niche is bathroom fixtures. 11. The rates($0.25,$0.30) are not negotiable. Requirements: 1. Convince me in 50-100 words via PMB why I should choose you. 2. Have at least 5 feedback related to writing. 3. Mention in PMB how many 150-word articles you can do per day. 4.
