We are looking for a copywriter to assist in our digital marketing campaigns. We run an ecommerce website currently selling electronics to English-speaking countries, and plan to expand our product range to consumables, clothing, cosmetics, etc (our goal is to be an Amazon-style site). In short, we have a number of products (best sellers, new arrivals, discount offers, etc) and we need you to help push the products/offers (both directly and indirectly) to our audience and attract sales, with the use of "words". You will be given the product / offer details in brief. Below are some examples: - $20 discount on all digital SLR cameras with the purchase of UV filter - 10 new arrivals on electric brushes - Canon EOS 70D You are required to make the copy benefit-driven. This is not a simple "great offer, buy now". Your copy should make the audience "want / need" the offer. Most of the time it will not be hardsell. Below are some format of copies you will work on: - Featured articles - Landing pages (email optin page, sales page, etc) - Marketing message on banner ads - Social media post message - Blog posts - Product description This is an on-going project. We can discuss the form of payment (pay per project? per month?). Our initial plan requires 15000 words monthly (~500 words daily) and our budget is AU$450. You will work anonymously, meaning you are not allowed to express you work for our company. We need a true copywriter but not a writer who simply rewrite or reorder words on content from the Internet. Everything we want must be high-quality.
