Hello, Even though I am not from US, I am working in the US staffing industry for 7+ years (both contract & perm jobs). I know the importance of having a great resume with all the right keywords, so the chance of recruiters reaching out to you will be more. Working with 50+ clients in US, mostly in eastern states and few in TX, I can able to write up a decent resume which is universally accepted. Recruiters (including me) takes about 5 sec to scan the resume and we spend more time if we feel its worth taking a second look, so its important to make sure they look again. Also in the job boards like monster your profile will show in the first page if there is a high keyword match, needless to say we rarely go to 2nd page when we are looking for something in the google search. I can go on & on about the recruiters, clients, job boards, vms, I don't think I can type everything here.
