CSS3 update for cross-browser compatibility

Hello, I have asked a freelancer to create a website in html5 & css3, and the project has completed. The problem is that the website is perfect if you open it in chrome browser, but it's a mess, if you open it in IE. The code written is very clear and well written. You will not have problem in understanding it, if you know CSS. I want someone to create alternative css files, and edit the existing for cross browser combatibility. Also I would like css3 validation. The website name is mentioned in the name of the attachment. The attachment has part of the css, in order to get an example of how well written the code is. The website has several differrent pages, aprox 6-8 that i want to get validated. I can discuss details of the project with the awarded freelancer. Time is very important for me. If you don't complete the project on time, I will ask freelancer to open dispute and not to pay your fee.
