I'm seeking a Figma expert to convert my Home Page design into a responsive HTML/CSS format. Key Requirements: - Translating my Figma design into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS - Implementing specific animations and effects requested: Parallax scrolling, Image sliders, and Hover effects - Ensuring the output is fully responsive across different devices I'm keen on completing the project as soon as possible. Therefore, reliability and a time-efficient approach are crucial. Skills Required: - Proficiency in Figma, HTML, and CSS - Prior experience with animation and effect implementation - Strong sense of design aesthetics and attention to detail - Responsive design experience - Ability to work swiftly without compromising on quality.
