very small wordpress from html

we imported a wordpress site with [login to view URL] and now the site is in an uneditable html format. We just have to recreate the (simple) home page, create the internal pages (4/5, but very simple) and put the link to the posts archive The site can be viewed at [login to view URL] The freelancer develops: - install wordpress - make a copy of the current graphics - create the internal pages exactly as they are now - put the link to the post archive divided by date (year) The (only) wordpress website must have the following characteristics: - It should be responsive - W3C validation - Optimized for SEO - Optimized for printing - the site will be complete after a positive feedback from our customer
