As a M & N Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Key priorities include accommodating customers, assisting them with any products or services purchased, completing transactions, and answering questions for clarification. Principle Duties And Responsibilities Provides customer engagement in positive and approachable manner. Accurately handles customer's information and processes transactions using the system. Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable operation. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Atleast 40 hours per week. Required Education and Experience Authorized to work in the USA High School diploma or GED Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Experience in a call center or customer service environment Data entry and typing skills Minimum two years of related work experience Effective communication skill We Offer Work/Life balance Compensation/Benefits Job security Management Trainings
