Position: Client Success Agent | Account Manager Company: Foundxations | EJL Trading About Us: We are a dynamic trading and education company dedicated to helping individuals embark on their financial market journeys. Your Role: As a Client Success Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and prospective traders. Your key responsibilities will include: Guiding clients through the sign-up process, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and fostering high retention and trading volumes. Key Competencies: Exceptional command of the English language. Strong relationship-building skills and proactive problem-solving. Ambitious, with a focus on personal and professional growth. Personable, engaging, and able to connect with clients. Reporting Structure: You will be directly reporting to the Operations Director, who will provide oversight and support. Key Responsibilities: Manage client interactions through Manychat, ensuring no client is overlooked. Facilitate clear and effective sign-up communications. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building rapid rapport. Respond to client queries promptly and knowledgeably. Educate clients on our products and services. Manage difficult situations with diplomacy and tact. Collaborate with internal teams for optimal client coordination.
