Worker to transfer PDF Files Via FTP to a Electronic Chart. (Directories). Chart Directories Consist of the following: Client Name: 1. Admissions ??" Administration 2. Physician Orders 3. Care Plan ??" Assesments 4. Nurses Notes 5. Home Care Aide Notes 6. Rehab & Therapy Notes 7. Social Service Notes 8. Medications ??" IV’s 9. Lab & Special Reports a. Correspondence - Misc Worker will access our scanned directory, analyze PDF Document and move the document to the correct directory. I some cases the PDF Document needs to be separated. Worker will communicate with our office by E-mail, Voice Mail, and Telephone. Document all communication.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
All charts must be perfect. Any descripicies need to be comunicated imediatly to the on site supervisor. Notes are turned in weekly and must be uploaded on a weekly basis. New Client charts must be created within 24hrs of the RN opening. To create a new electronic chart the following directories must be created withe the opening Packet files in the correct Diectories.

Project reduced from 360 to 30 days. But this project will be a recurring one. (every 60 days). There are about 1000 files to examine and move via ftp.
