Hello I have a simple but time consuming project I need someone to help me with. The project is that I would email you a bunch of submission forms I have received and within each submission form I need you to tally up scores. To explain it Simply there are 6 Human Needs and each answer on the Questionnaire pertains to a different Need. Once Tallied up you will place the scores on the Analysis Template with the persons name at the top and then Copy and then below that you will Paste information about the Top Two Needs which received the Highest Score. This information is already typed up and simple to distinguish so you just copy and paste and then create a PDF and email it to the person who submitted the form. I have been doing it for years but I can't keep up with the submissions and all my other work. I have perhaps 200 of these Submissions that need to be done and there is no time frame to complete this project though within the next month would be great. I have attached an example of the Submission, The Analysis Template and the Information Sheet where you would get the Top Two Needs Information to paste on the Analysis.
