Lead generation for events 3 hours per week

Job Description:
I am looking for someone to do lead generation and sales for my business - Jesse Lewis Hypnosis
I focus on Comedy Hypnosis shows in Canada
The job would be to find suitable events in western Canada that I may be able to perform at and contact them to see if I would be a good fit.
After finding suitable event clients you would then input them into a form which would send out an automatic personalized email to them.
You would then check for replies and answer questions for the potential clients as well as send quotes.
If they chose to book you would then fill out contracts and send them.
Most replies would be within a template format and you would just copy and paste from a master document.
Searches would be for things like this: National sales conference
{city}Employee conference
{City}Conference (year)
(City) conference
I have a long list of cities and search terms so work would be ongoing provided it has good return on my investment.
When searching for events I would need:
Event name
Group name
Event date
Event city
First name
Last name
