I'm a small entrepreneur who runs two businesses, a 24/7 holistic health and fitness gym, and a male stripping agency.
On top of that I'm a coach in the gym, and I'm also investing energy into building my personal social media presence.
The work I need done is about 4-6 hours a week (4 hours minimum), which fluctuates through the year, but is consistent.
I need someone to help me with tasks across all projects/businesses.
Organised below into business/project are what roles, responsibilities and tasks to expect:
Stripping Agency:
Weekly Social Media posting
Email and phone monitoring and communication
Booking organisation
KPI reporting
Note that this role is highly email dominant, which means email response times are crucial to be fast in order to sustain the job role.
Personal Brand Building:
Very basic video editing* (we can outsource this if needed, but this skill is favourable)
Very basic photo editing* (as above)
*Also preferable if you can use Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro
Gym Operation:
Email inbox monitoring and filtering
Ad-hoc admin jobs such as invoicing, KPI reporting, client reminders
The role will mostly revolve around my brand building and running the stripping agency, so that I can focus more time on the gym. As far as the future goes, the more time you can free up for me, the more income I can produce, the more work I'll be able to provide you.
I understand this is quite a unique job role, as it requires you to wear a few different hats, along with an interesting work schedule. The benefits of the job is that it can be done entirely through a laptop, and flexible enough to fit in as some part time work to your current lifestyle.
I'm based in Perth, Western Australia, as are both of my businesses. Because of that, I am only accepting applications from Australia, with Western Australian applicants being favoured due to being in the same time zone, and likely having more awareness of the suburbs (for the stripping agency bookings).
